The 5th season of the European Poker Tour has just been announced by Poker Stars. The season will consist of nine events starting off in Barcelona in September and finishing off with the grand final in Monte Carlo in April 2009. This season see’s the return of the French leg to be held at Deauville.
Satellites has already started at Poker Stars offering an alternative way of entering for as little as $2.20. Winners will receive a package to the EPT tournament including entry fee, accommodation and spending money. Last season 1682 players won an EPT package through the satellites on offer at Poker Stars.
