The second leg of the GUKPT series (Grosvenor UK Poker Tour) was completed yesterday , this event was held at the Grosvenor Casino in Walsall. 301 players entered the £1,000 buy in main event all battling for the £88,150 first place prize and a grand prize pool of £301,000. The winner also receives a seat to the GUKPT grand final in London.
This turned out to be 23 year old Sunny Chattha who deserved the win taking a big chip lead into a tough final table with the likes of Mickey Werrick, James Akenhead and Joe Grech heads up . The rest of the top 10 finishing places was as follows.

The next leg in the 2009 GUKPT series will be at the Victoria Casino in London. The main event will be a $1,500 buy in tournament starting on the 26th - 29th March.
