US Live Poker Tournaments
We start off in Caesar’s Atlantic City for the WSOP Circuit event. it’s a ten day series with 11 various events. The main event is of course the WSOP championship with a $5,000 buy-in. March is a good month for the poker players living in California as the next three big events are all held in that state.
Starting at around the same time as the WSOP in Atlantic city is the 2009 Winnin O the Green at the Bicycle Casino in Bell Gardens, California. There will be 16 events with this series running from the 5th - 22nd March
A lot of the big name players taking part in the WSOP series will head over to San Jose, CA for the $10,000 buy in WPT event named the Bay 101 Shooting Star. This series of events will run for just 5 days from the 15th - 20th March.
Another WSOP Circuit event comes along mid way through the month at the Harrah’s Rincon Casino in Valley Center, CA There will be a bog choice of events to enter with 22 tournaments starting on the 19th March and ending on the 1st April. The WSOP Circuit main event will start towards the end of the series on the 30th March.
Rest of The World Live Poker Tournaments
The Poker Stars 2009 LAPT II event will be held at the luxurious Mantra Spa resort in Punta del Este, Uruguay. The $3,700 main event will be a second chance NL holdem tournament. Satellites and other promotions to gain entry to this event are already being held at Poker Stars.
