888 poker.com has just announced the upcoming $3 million Guaranteed World Poker Crown event. The satellites to the qualifiers to this event have just started on 888.com with various entry fee’s to the tournaments, with some of them being freerolls. These satellites will run up until the online final on the 26th April. Direct entry to the online final will be $1,000 + $50.

The eight finalists will play the final in Spain, which will be filmed to be broadcast at a later date on various TV channels across Europe. On top of this the finalists will stay in a 16th century castle in Peralada. The dates for the finals in Spain will be May 6th – 10th 2008.
