A total of 6,680 players entered the Poker Stars Million event this Christmas eve, of which 900 cashed in sharing the $1,336,000 prize pool. When we reached the final table stage Romanoff11 started out best of all taking the chip lead by eliminating two of the first four players. Snider gained back to back knockout wins before going out in 3rd place loosing to Romanoff11. This win put Romanoff11 into the chip lead by almost treble of the chip stack of littlepotato, and this was enough to take down the win collecting $192,116 in 1st place.

3,695 players entered this event which did not reach the guaranteed amount so Full Tilt added $11,000 to make up the prize pool to $750,000. 522 players cashed in with 1st place set to win $132,787. The most notable player to make the final table Eric “Rizen” Lynch managed to finish 4th going out to the eventual winner Claw1980. Claw1980 entered he head up showdown with boon8 as a massive underdog as boon8 had a much larger chip stack. It only took Claw1980 just under 20 minutes to come back from this deficit and take down the win collecting $132,787.

1,563 players entered this weeks big event at Party Poker which created a total prize pool of $312,600. This was shared between the top 200 finishers with 1st place set at $62,520. On the final table bankable and AliAllIn knocked seven of the ten finalists to set up the heads up show down between the two. They played around two hands before splitting the prize with bankable collecting $8,000 more with a larger chip stack.
