Poker Stars Announce Summer Freerolls Schedule

Poker Stars has announced a host of Freerolls they are running through out the summer months, exclusively to players who register a new account / or have previously registered an account through the links on our site. The total prize packages on offer is valued at around $140,000.

We start off with the $11,000 LAPT Uruguay Freeroll, which starts on the 19th July, which offers the top two finishers a $5,000 package. This includes entry to the main event, and cash for travel and accommodation. The next 32 finishers will each receive LAPT step tickets, which can be used in the LAPT satellites currently running. To qualify for this event all you need to do is register a new account and make a minimum deposit. Players have between July 3 and July 17 to earn 200 player points. All PLayers who havequalified will receive a ticket which can be used to register for the freeroll.

$10,000 Cash Freeroll which starts on the 8th August. To enter this event, register a new account and make a minimum deposit. Earn 300 player points from 17th July - 05th August. Once you have collected these points, you will be issued with a ticket use this ticket after August 5 to register for the freeroll.

$34,400 EPT Barcelona Freeroll which starts on the 17th August. To enter open a new account and make a minimum deposit. Earn 250 player points from 2nd August - 14th August to qualify. Use the ticket to manually register for the freeroll. The top two finishers will win a $16,700 EPT Package which includes entry to the Main Event, cash for travel and accommodation. The next 32 finishers will each receive EPT Barcelona step tickets, which can be used in the EPT Barcelona Satellites.

$13,000 APPT Macau Freeroll which starts on the 31st August. Open a new account and make a minimum deposit, Earn 200 player points between 16th August -28th August. The top two finishers will win APPT Macau package which includes entry to the Main Event, accommodation and cash for travel. The next 32 finishers will each receive APPT step tickets, which can be used in the APPT Macau sattelites.

There will also be two $24,000 PokerNews Cup Australia Freerolls in September. The first on the 6th September and the second on the 20th September. Each $24,000 Freeroll will award the top four finishers with a $5,000 PokerNews Cup Australia Package, PokerStars has also added $4,000 to the prize pool to be paid out in the usual manner. Each $5,000 PokerNews Cup Australia Package will include Main Event entry, accommodation at the Crown Promenade Hotel, and $1,500 cash for travel. To enter open a new account and make a minimum deposit. Earn 150 player points between 28th August and 3rd September to qualify. Players who have qualified will receive a ticket, which can be used to  register for the freeroll.

$30,000 APPT Auckland Freeroll which starts on the 13th September. The top five finishers in this freeroll will receive a $5,000 APPT Auckland Package. Poker Stars has also added $5,000 cash to the prize pool. To Enter, sign up for a new account and make a minimum deposit. Players have from September 4-10 to earn 150 player points. Once qualified players will receive a ticket which must be used to manually register for the freeroll.

Please note these Freerolls are not just open to players opening new accounts when going through the links on our site. Any one who has registered to Poker Stars previously can enter these promotions provided you originally signed up through Poker Tournament Watch and our partners and have fulfilled all the requirements of each event.
