It was quite a busy time this weekend at almost all the top poker tournament sites. PokerStars turned out to be lucky spot for KopplarJocke, who despite his making a four way cut with his closest rivals in the PokerStars Sunday Million, still took home a hefty reward, the winnings from the four way chop as well as his first place winnings of $30,000 making a total of $130,723.59. Full Tilt hosted the Full Tilt $1 Million Guaranteed instead of it usual tourney and Bodog cancelled its tournament for unknown reasons.
PokerStars Sunday Million
There were 8,015 participants in the PokerStars Sunday Million this weekend. This is an improvement on the number of entrants in the recent Sunday Million tournaments at PokerStars. With the $200+15 buy in, there was $1,603,800 shared out among 1,170 players.
Many players did well at the Sunday Million this weekend. Those who won money but did not make it to the final table included David “malicious222″ Randall in 93rd place with $2,083.90, Stephen “stevie444″ Chidwick in 68th place with $2,404.50 and many more others.
The first to leave the game was mezyoureyez who was ousted by vuki, the chip leader at the final table. Mezyoureyez left the table in ninth position with winnings of $11,221. gladik went out with an ace of clubs and queen of hearts against an ace and jack of diamonds in phil steve’s hand. Gladik made $28,052.50 in seventh place.
Dstrung went out at sixth place with a reward of $40,876.50, and DFGBOYS followed soon after, with winnings of $50,906.50, in fifth place. At this point the remaining players agreed to go in for a four way deal, with vuki getting $133,610.69, phil steve getting $119,579.58, crazylarry43 getting $107,565.94 and KopplarJocke getting $100,723.59. The winner would get an additional $30,000. After this decision was taken, vuki was the first to leave the game, taking home fourth place winnings. Next to go was Phil Steve in third place, and the tournament came down to heads up play between crazylarry43 and KopplarJocke.
KopplarJocke eventually won the PokerStars Sunday Million on Sunday.

Full Tilt $1 Million Guaranteed
The Full Tilt $750,000 Guarantee tournament was not held this Sunday, instead, Full Tilt held a $1 million guarantee on December 21, and this was won by Steven “UFman2″ Burkholder. Steven “UFman2″ Burkholder was the best player among 2,194 participants in the Full Tilt $1 million guarantee on Sunday.
