This was another week of overlays as none of the three online poker sites escaped unscathed.

Paying out an overlay seems to be part of the guaranteed event at Bodog Poker, as the site is not able to break free and meet its guarantee by securing enough players. Full Tilt also paid an overlay, but this amount was still smaller than Bodog’s. In the order of overlays, PokerStars paid out $17,000, Full Tilt contributed $29,000 and Bodog hit the highest note with a $33,400 overlay.

PokerStars Sunday $1.5 Million Guaranteed

The PokerStars Sunday Million took in 7,415 players but missed the guarantee and had to make an overlay of $17,000.

A final split deal was cut between the last two players’ darkillermax and salvo58. Darkillermax won the game taking in $174,656 and salvo58 took in $134,793.

The final results:

  • **darkillermax — $174,656
  • **salvo58 — $134,793
  • sms9231 — $84,000
  • Numb Nutzzzz — $69,000
  • Lounatic0815 — $54,000
  • moabut — $39,000
  • kadi100 — $26,250
  • cashadvance7 — $17,250
  • BackDoorovic — $10,500

** This reflects a split deal made between the final two players at the poker table. The pot was split between them, with $30,000 left back for the first place winner.

Full Tilt $750,000 Guaranteed

Full Tilt saw a good game at its final table last weekend, when tarheelkid and Papagaio vied for the final place and first prize. Eppy1 did not make it to the number one spot, but did manage to take in a total of $52,500 in prize money, all the same. In the end, it was tarheelkid who took in the first place, securing $132,788 in prize money. He defeated Papagaio who came in second with $80,250.

The Full Tilt $750,000-guaranteed tournament took in 3,605 which unfortunately fell short of the bar, as the site needed 145 more players to make the pot. Full Tilt had to pay its way out with $29,000 as an overlay.

The final results:

  • tarheelkid — $132,788
  • Papagaio — $80,250
  • Eppy1 — $52,500
  • sumdumjer — $41,400
  • Jeremiah “Believer8219” Vinsant— $31,050
  • Notjony — $23,025
  • alcatrazcc — $17,250
  • Jordan “pimpin_pens” Smith — $13,500
  • Bonditto — $10,050

Bodog $100,000 Guaranteed

Bodog pulled in a few well known players this week starting with Kenny “Hixx” Hicks. However, the last weekend did not prove to be a lucky one for the online poker site as it had to pay out yet another overlay. This week Bodog dished out $33,400 to meet is guarantee of $100,000, again not being able to take in enough players to make the pot. This gave the players at the event a chance to enjoy a $150 dollar poker tourney at a buy-in of $100.

The last three players were Kenny “Hixx” Hicks, grandpa7 and MrSmallf. Eventually the winner was Kenny “Hixx” Hicks who took home $23,600 as the first place prize while grandpa7 managed to pull in $13,600.

The final results:

  • Kenny “Hixx” Hicks — $23,600
  • grandpa7 — $13,600
  • MrSmallf — $9,100
  • Archie1106 — $7,000
  • Big Chips — $5,700
  • magpe — $4,500
  • krapydna16 — $3,300
  • ardie — $2,200
